Nature of the service
CapiGIS provides geospatial pre-screening (Phase 0) services: desktop analysis of public and official data intended to prioritize sites and routes before committing capital. CapiGIS reports do not replace formal engineering, geotechnical or environmental impact assessment studies, interconnection studies with the grid operator, or legal due diligence, and do not constitute investment advice.
Sources and accuracy
Analyses are built from the official and public sources cited in each report. CapiGIS applies a principle of coverage honesty: when a layer has no data in the area assessed, this is stated explicitly. Nevertheless, public sources may contain errors or omissions, and the registry, planning or environmental situation may change; the client must verify critical points in the subsequent formal phases.
Vigía and monitoring services
The Vigía service (in early access) periodically re-assesses sites already analyzed and notifies verdict changes with their cause. Alerts are screening information — not legal notifications or advice — and explicitly distinguish changes in the environment from re-calibrations of the engine itself. Any permitting support materials CapiGIS may provide in the future will be considered drafts and will require review by a qualified engineer and by legal counsel before any submission.
Ownership and personal data
The cadastral information shown is limited to that published by the official agencies of each country. Parcel ownership is referenced, where applicable, via a link to the corresponding public registry, with no processing of personal data by CapiGIS. The contact form opens your own email client (mailto), with no storage on CapiGIS servers; the data you send us is used exclusively to handle your request.
Confidentiality
The coordinates, portfolios and materials provided by clients are processed on infrastructure controlled by CapiGIS and are not shared with third parties. We sign confidentiality agreements (NDAs) on request from the first contact. The examples and visuals on this website use demonstration sites and public sources — never client projects.
Intellectual property
The scoring methodology, the software and the deliverables generated are the property of CapiGIS. Reports are licensed to the client for internal use and for use by its advisors on the project analyzed.
