Data centers: from siting to a capacity market
DC siting already runs (land+power+fiber+water, see vertical). The vision is to turn it into the multi-country time-to-power intelligence layer:
Matching at scale (entire demand portfolios against the viable generation of 27 countries), the full campus as one dossier (site, power corridor, water and backup gas; the three engines already exist) and Vigía-DC watching the interconnection window continuously.
Industrial parks and nearshoring: the reverse applied to industrial land
Industrial relocation asks the same question as a data center (firm power, water, logistics, land, permits) and today answers it with consultants, country by country. What we would do:
A Top-N of industrial land by country or corridor with a verdict, tenant↔park matching (the DC matching, reused) and the Mexico/LatAm nearshoring angle, where our ejido and community layers are exactly the data others are missing.
What the engine can answer when a client asks for it.
The architecture is the same; what changes is the weight of each layer. These verticals and geographies activate with the first commission, not before, and we don’t sell them as done. What follows is what we WOULD do, deliberately in the conditional.
Mining RECON DONE
